Year 2 – Australia Celebration Day

We are excited to let you know that we will be having a celebration day, based on our current topic, ‘Australian Adventure’.
Throughout the day, the children will have the opportunity to complete a variety of activities related to our topic.
It would be lovely if your child came to school dressed up for the day. Please note there is no need to buy anything unless you so wish. Some easy ideas include:
- Wearing green and gold
- Dressing as an Australian animal (e.g. grey for a koala, brown for a kangaroo)
- An outback explorer, surfer, farmer, or sportsperson
- Adding a small accessory (ears, tail, badge)
