FOPH – New Year Family Fun Run

Happy New Year! The FOPH want to kick start the New Year with our very first New Year FUN run, which is to be held on the 24th January. This is very topical, as we continue to raise money for a MUGA (multi use games area). This will allow our kids to play and be physical all year around at Preston hedges, burning off all that endless energy they seem to have!! 

Come and join us, and walk, jog, or run (around the school grounds) with your little ones for this fantastic event! And of course, siblings, pushchairs and grandparents are welcome – the more the merrier! All children can take part even if their adult cannot attend. Children can come to school in their fancy dress costumes, but please ensure it will be something they are comfortable in for the school day. 

Children can leave school with parents after the race or they can return to class and be picked up at the usual time of 15:15.

The fun run will be a sponsored event, and to encourage a bit of healthy competition, the class with the most money raised will receive a prize/reward! Sponsorship forms will be sent out later this week.
