Flu Vaccinations – Whole School

The school nursing team will be coming into school to offer all school-aged children the flu vaccine.
If you would like your child to receive the flu vaccine, please complete your consent form via this link – click HERE
The deadline for your consent is Monday 11th November. Please complete your consent form prior to this date.
If you do not want your child to receive the vaccine, there is no need to do anything – your child will not be given the flu vaccine without your consent.
