Parent Evening

We are pleased to be able to welcome you into the school for your child/ren parent evening. This will
give you the opportunity to hear how your child has settled back into school and ask any questions that
you may have.

Appointments will take place in your child’s classroom. Please enter the school via the main
reception.

We will be using the Arbor online booking system which allows you to choose your own appointment
times with teachers.

The booking system will open at 8am on Monday 10th March and will close at 3.30pm on Friday 21st
March.
Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office.

To book an appointment:
Log into your Arbor App/Parent Portal and select “Guardian Consultations.” Select the date and follow
the instructions to book a time slot for your child’s teacher. Following this, details of your booking will
be visible on your Arbor account in the Guardian Consultations section on the main menu.
Please only book 1 appointment per child per family. We are aware that we have separated parent
families, and that different appointments are required and for this reason only one appointment per
parent is permitted. If you need to book a separate appointment to another parent/guardian please
select your name when prompted and tick the separated meetings box to allow this to happen.

If you do not have access to the internet or have any issues accessing the parent app/portal please
contact the school office who will be happy to add appointments on your behalf.
