DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to let you know about our theatre trip to watch ‘Peter Pan’ at The Old Savoy (Deco Theatre) in Northampton. \nBoth classes will get to see a member of their own class performing. Both children’s parents have generously contributed to cover the ticket costs. \nThis will be on a seated-belted coach which will leave school at 9:10am and return at 12:45pm on each day.\nAs the children will arrive back at school after 1pm\, lunches will be affected\, therefore\, please can your child be sent to school with a packed lunch and any hot dinners that\nhave been ordered cancelled for the day they are attending. \nOn the day\, children to wear full school uniform and to bring a coat please.

SUMMARY:FOPH - New Year Family Fun Run
DESCRIPTION:Happy New Year! The FOPH want to kick start the New Year with our very first New Year FUN run\, which is to be held on the 24th January. This is very topical\, as we continue to raise money for a MUGA (multi use games area). This will allow our kids to play and be physical all year around at Preston hedges\, burning off all that endless energy they seem to have!!  \n  \nCome and join us\, and walk\, jog\, or run (around the school grounds) with your little ones for this fantastic event! And of course\, siblings\, pushchairs and grandparents are welcome – the more the merrier! All children can take part even if their adult cannot attend. Children can come to school in their fancy dress costumes\, but please ensure it will be something they are comfortable in for the school day.  \n  \nChildren can leave school with parents after the race or they can return to class and be picked up at the usual time of 15:15. \n  \nThe fun run will be a sponsored event\, and to encourage a bit of healthy competition\, the class with the most money raised will receive a prize/reward! Sponsorship forms will be sent out later this week.

This will\ngive you the opportunity to hear how your child has settled back into school and ask any questions that\nyou may have. \nAppointments will take place in your child’s classroom. Please enter the school via the main\nreception. \nWe will be using the Arbor online booking system which allows you to choose your own appointment\ntimes with teachers. \nThe booking system will open at 8am on Monday 10th March and will close at 3.30pm on Friday 21st\nMarch.\nShould you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office. \nTo book an appointment:\nLog into your Arbor App/Parent Portal and select “Guardian Consultations.” Select the date and follow\nthe instructions to book a time slot for your child’s teacher. Following this\, details of your booking will\nbe visible on your Arbor account in the Guardian Consultations section on the main menu.\nPlease only book 1 appointment per child per family. We are aware that we have separated parent\nfamilies\, and that different appointments are required and for this reason only one appointment per\nparent is permitted. If you need to book a separate appointment to another parent/guardian please\nselect your name when prompted and tick the separated meetings box to allow this to happen. \nIf you do not have access to the internet or have any issues accessing the parent app/portal please\ncontact the school office who will be happy to add appointments on your behalf.
